Why does windows photo gallery freeze

It's not causing the issue anymore. I'm gonna keep trying it through out my time on the computer and if it does it again, I'll try method 2. Until then, I'll keep using it for a little bit longer.

I would rather not do that Unless it only removes the Apps from the Microsoft store and not my programs I've downloaded and installed manually.
